PROGRAM
Depending on the tour selected, we arrange an individual meeting point and time. After a short gear check, we hike up to the start of the route.
At the base, we switch into climbing mode, put on our equipment and climb pitch by pitch towards the top-out. If it is your first multi-pitch tour, you will of course get a short briefing on rope commands and belaying methods.
You are safely protected on the rope and at the belays all day long, so you can focus entirely on enjoying each move and the views as we climb higher up the wall in the Dolomites. Depending on your wishes, we choose either a more enjoyable line or a tour you have had your eye on for a while. This creates an individual climbing day that matches your ability and your expectations – for a truly great day in the walls of the Dolomites.
Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.

What prior experience do I need for alpine climbing in the Dolomites?
You should already have climbing experience and feel comfortable at your stated grade. The route we choose depends exactly on that. If it is your first multi-pitch tour, you will receive a short briefing on the most important procedures before the start.
How is the right route selected?
The tour is chosen according to your ability, your wishes and the current conditions. If you already have a particular objective in the Dolomites in mind, we are of course happy to take that into account. Otherwise, we will choose a fitting climbing route at your grade.
What equipment do I need to bring?
You will receive the exact packing list with the confirmation email. Above all, it is important to have suitable climbing shoes and clothing for a day in the mountains. Technical equipment can be hired from your South Tyrolean mountain guide for a small wear-and-tear fee.
