PROGRAM

We'll meet at the Pordoi Pass (and continue to the military cemetery by car - parking is limited). At the starting point, we'll do a quick gear check and then head toward the starting point.

Once we reach the starting point, we'll immediately put on our via ferrata gear. We'll need it for the first few meters. This will immediately determine whether we're up to the challenges of this via ferrata. To warm up, there's a tough D section that separates the wheat from the chaff.

The rest of the via ferrata offers plenty of variety. Steep wall sections, short and long ledges, chimneys, a suspension bridge over a gorge, caves, and a constant alternation between easy and challenging passages. An entertaining undertaking until it gradually becomes easier, and the exit of the via ferrata is reached after about 2-3 hours.

But the tour doesn't end there; we continue along the normal route to the highest point of the Sella massif: the 3,152-meter-high Piz Boé.

For the descent, we choose the route via the Pordoi Pass back to the Pordoi Pass.

Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.
