ABOUT THE TOUR
Große Cirspitze Via Ferrata (A): A beautiful panoramic mountain high above the Gardena Pass, it is also recommended for less experienced climbers due to its low difficulty and moderate length. Although the tour is not technically difficult, most of the time is spent in drop-off areas, requiring full concentration. Inexperienced climbers will appreciate the assistance of a rope provided by the mountain guide. This makes the tour to Große Cirspitze a real pleasure.

PROGRAM
At the parking lot, we'll conduct a quick gear check and distribute any necessary rental equipment.
From the Gardena Pass, we'll ascend approximately 250 meters in altitude along the southern slopes below the Cir Peaks on beautiful hiking trails to the start.
This is followed by a rope-secured passage along a rock ledge, and above it, we'll continue climbing steadily on a well-trodden path.
From time to time, there are short, very easy scrambling sections to tackle, mostly without a rope. In between, there are also short sections with ropes. But all in all, we'll reach the summit without any major technical difficulties and can enjoy the beautiful panorama from the Great Cir Peak.
The descent follows the ascent route. We won't miss a stop at the Jimmi Hut, where we'll end the day in comfort with a cool drink and a delicious snack.
Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.
