ABOUT THE TOUR
Out on a splitboard

Heading out on tour together with the splitboard. For snowboarders, it is not always easy to join the many skiers on a ski tour. Both the skin track and the terrain are often not ideally suited.
I am myself a passionate snowboarder and will do this tour together with you. We adapt the tour choice and track setting to our needs and optimise the day for snowboarding in deep powder.

Requirements:
- Fitness for climbs with at least 500 meters of ascent
- We will discuss all other tour requirements (length, steepness, terrain, etc.) individually upon request and tailor the tour to you or your group.

PROGRAM
Splitboard day: Individual tour
We arrange the tour and meeting point when you book. After a short equipment check, we set off on our splitboard tour. I too, as your mountain guide, will be out on a splitboard, and together we will do this tour as snowboarders.
Along the way we enjoy the winter landscape, and there is gladly time for one or two valuable tips as well. Both the tour choice and the track setting are deliberately adapted to the splitboard so that we get as much as possible out of a day of snowboarding in deep powder.
After a relaxed summit break, we begin the descent. As we do, we pick out the best snow of the tour. Simply trust in the experience of your mountain guide. Back in the valley, and hopefully richer for a great experience, we will surely still find time to raise a glass to a successful splitboard tour.
Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.

Who is this splitboard tour for?
This tour is aimed at snowboarders who want to go on a splitboard tour and do not simply want to join a standard ski tour. Tour choice, track and terrain are deliberately tailored to the snowboard.
How is the route decided?
The exact tour and meeting point are arranged when booking. Because this is an individual offer, difficulty, walking time and ascent in metres depend on the route chosen together.
What equipment do I need to bring?
You need your usual splitboard equipment, especially board, skins and suitable clothing. The exact packing list comes with the confirmation email. Missing equipment can be rented from Südtirolalpin for a small wear fee.
