ABOUT THE TOUR
Peitlerkofel - North Face Hruschka: A great classic and a tour that doesn't have to hide from the best routes in the Dolomites, but is relatively rarely climbed. This is entirely unjustified, as the rock quality is truly excellent throughout, the difficulties are very evenly distributed between grades III and IV, and a short, challenging section (VI+) adds a brief spice. Those who don't feel confident enough to free climb this section can also conquer it with technical climbing (V+/A0). However, this doesn't detract from an unforgettable experience on one of the great Dolomite walls.

PROGRAM
The meeting point is generally at the parking lot at the Würzjoch Pass. Or at a meeting point we individually agree on beforehand so we can carpool to the pass.
After a quick gear check, we'll climb to the start of the route on the north face of the Peitlerkofel in just under an hour and a half.
A varied route awaits us, with interesting climbing sections. The crux of the route is athletic and beautifully climbed. For a few moves, the route reaches difficulty level VI. The rest of the route is easier, very consistent, and features truly excellent rock quality. The entire route will take us about 5-6 hours to climb. There are 16 pitches in total.
At the summit, we'll be standing on one of the most beautiful panoramic mountains in the Dolomites.
The descent via the normal route runs over a short via ferrata in the upper section and is otherwise without any further significant difficulties.
After about 2 hours, we'll reach our car again at the Würzjoch Pass.
Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.
