FREERIDE - DOLOMITES

Freeriding Sella
Freeride in the Dolomites
The Sella massif is a true mecca for freeriders. It's the centerpiece of the Sellaronda, a ski safari that circumnavigates the entire rocky massif on ski slopes. This makes it an ideal starting point for us freeriders, too. Around 30 different couloirs and gullies suitable for freeriding crisscross the entire massif. There are impressive descents of all levels of difficulty and in all exposures, and no matter which side we exit on, the next ski slope is never far away.

Freeriding Marmolada
Freeride in the Dolomites
The Queen of the Dolomites is not only the highest peak in the Dolos range but also a fantastic mountain for freeriding, with wide slopes and plenty of space for a variety of descents. The Marmolada regularly receives above-average amounts of fresh snow. This creates the perfect conditions for some truly fantastic days every winter, carving your own tracks in the deep snow on the vast glacier slopes with ideal steepness. A highlight is definitely the Marmolada Canyon, which we won't miss, of course, if conditions are right.

Freeride Sulden
Freeriding in South Tyrol
At the foot of the Königsspitze, Zebru, and Ortler mountains, the Ortler Ski Arena is a ski area with exciting freeriding opportunities. Smaller climbs lead to cool gullies and off-piste runs of varying difficulty, ensuring an unforgettable day out in the snow! This freeride area is still considered an insider tip, and the large crowds that most popular powder areas have largely evaded so far. You won't find much information about the various downhill options either.
