ABOUT THE TOUR
Freeride Sella - Dolomites: The Sella massif is a true mecca for freeriders. It's the centerpiece of the Sellaronda, a ski safari that circumnavigates the entire rocky massif on ski slopes. This makes it an ideal starting point for us freeriders, too. Around 30 different couloirs and gullies suitable for freeriding crisscross the entire massif. There are impressive runs of all levels of difficulty and exposure, and no matter which side you exit on, the next ski slope is never far away. The most famous of all freeride runs in the Sella massif is the Val Mezia. It's an ideal starting point for getting to know the area, as this run traverses the entire Sella massif from south to north, giving you a good insight into what it means to freeride in the Dolomites. Our mountain guides know some great ways to enhance the day with additional highlights and select the right runs tailored to the participants' skiing ability. Look forward to an unforgettable day outdoors in the hopefully freshly snow-covered Dolomites.

PROGRAM
At the meeting point, there will be a quick equipment check before we set off towards Pordoi via cable car. Warming up on the slopes will help us mountain guides to assess your skiing technique and then choose the right freeride runs, possibly adapting them to your skill level.
The options in the Sella massif are very diverse. There are around 30 different couloirs and gullies of all difficulty levels and exposures that we can use for our descents. A true mecca for freeriders. Climbing skins are required for most of the runs. Some runs are also possible without, but then our options are very limited.
Depending on the tour selection, two couloirs can also be covered in one day. Either way, these are full-day tours in a breathtaking Dolomite landscape and absolutely unique freeride experiences that you can look forward to with this offer!
Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.
