ABOUT THE TOUR
Pleasure climbing on the Bolzano porphyry: Numerous enjoyable multi-pitch routes have been developed above Bolzano in recent years. Climbing on the reddish porphyry in the Bolzano valley basin is almost reminiscent of climbing tours in Utah and is another highlight in the diverse rock and climbing landscape of South Tyrol. The routes are well-protected, accessible via short approaches, and located on the sunny side. With an ideal length of 6-8 pitches per route, we can comfortably climb one or even two routes. The beautiful view over the entire South Tyrolean capital provides the perfect setting for a successful day of climbing.

PRICING
PROGRAM
At the meeting point, we'll briefly check our equipment and then descend to the start of the tours (in some cases, for example, on the Pfattner Walls).
At the start, we'll put on our gear and gain altitude pitch by pitch, enjoying some enjoyable climbing. The views of the Bozen valley basin and the entire lowlands are truly beautiful and become more spectacular with each pitch.
Thanks to the very low altitude and the south-facing walls, you can climb here almost year-round in ideal conditions. Only in summer is it too hot, and we're better off heading for the higher walls in the Dolomites.
Afterward, you can stop at the inn by the parking lot for a drink or indulge your palate with local delicacies and regional specialties. A perfect day of climbing for connoisseurs.
Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.
