PROGRAMME
Day 1: Via ferrata of your choice
Depending on which via ferrata we take on, we meet at the car park agreed after booking. After a short equipment check, we start our tour. At the start, the techniques of via ferrata climbing are explained and the necessary belaying methods are covered. Then we clip into the steel cables.
In addition to the standard via ferrata set with which you protect yourself, our mountain guide also belays you on a rope, so that you can enjoy the day as relaxed as possible. With a suitable pace, calm explanations and enough time to get used to the movement, the terrain and the height.
Any changes to the programme that may become necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, availability of accommodation, etc.) are always made in consultation with the participants.

Who is an easy via ferrata suitable for?
An easy via ferrata is ideal for beginners who want to get a first taste of this discipline. But more experienced via ferrata climbers who want to spend a relaxed day with a mountain guide are also in exactly the right place.
What equipment do I need to bring?
Above all, you need sturdy mountain boots and clothing suited to the conditions in the mountains. You will receive the full packing list with your confirmation email. Technical equipment can be rented from Südtirolalpin for a small wear-and-tear fee.
How is the right via ferrata chosen?
The choice depends on your ability, your wishes and the current conditions in the mountains. Together we choose a route in the Dolomites, in South Tyrol or at Lake Garda that suits you well and makes for a great day out.
