Via ferrata – easy: via ferratas that do without difficult climbing sections, are not too long, and are perfect for getting a first taste of this fascinating world of "vie ferrate". These via ferratas are suitable both for beginners who would like to experience a ferrata for the first time and for more experienced climbers who are happy to rely on the expertise of a mountain guide and want to enjoy the day hanging on the wire cables to the fullest.
Whether in the Dolomites, in South Tyrol or at Lake Garda – on the sun-blessed southern side of the Alps there is a wide selection and the right route for almost every wish. Depending on your motivation, experience, and form on the day, we choose a route that really suits you.

PROGRAM
Day 1: Via ferrata of your choice
Depending on the via ferrata we decide to do, we meet at the car park agreed after booking. After a short equipment check, we begin our tour. To start, the techniques of via ferrata climbing are explained and the necessary safety methods are covered. After that, we clip onto the steel cables.
In addition to the standard via ferrata set, with which you secure yourself, you will also be protected by rope from me so that you can enjoy the day as relaxed as possible. With a suitable pace, calm explanations, and enough time to get used to the movement, the terrain, and the exposure.
Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.

What equipment do I need to bring?
Above all, it is important to have sturdy mountain boots and suitable clothing for the conditions in the mountains. You will receive the exact packing list with the confirmation email. Technical equipment can be hired from Südtirolalpin for a small wear-and-tear fee.
How is the right via ferrata selected?
The choice depends on your ability, your wishes, and the current situation in the mountains. Together we choose a route in the Dolomites, in South Tyrol or at Lake Garda that suits you well and is suitable for a well-rounded day.
