PROGRAM
We meet at the Sellajochhaus, just below the Sella Pass, at the valley station of the cable car, which will comfortably transport us to the Toni Demetz Hut at 2,685 meters.
Our summit, towering imposingly before us, is already clearly in view.
From the hut, we are at the start of our tour in just 5 minutes.
A windless and preferably warm day is essential, as climbing on this exposed ridge can otherwise quickly become uncomfortable.
If the external conditions are favorable, an enjoyable climb awaits us on one of the most spectacular routes in this difficulty range.
From the summit, we abseil into the notch between the thumb and index finger and descend via the normal route of the Fünffingerspitze back to the Toni Demetz Hut.
The cable car takes us back to the parking lot.
Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.
