PROGRAM

Climbing day on rock
A day in the climbing garden, where we learn the different course contents hands-on on the rock and practise them thoroughly, so that by the end of the day you can start your first outdoor sport climbing routes on rock with plenty of confidence. This is not about dry theory, but about understanding, applying and repeating. You will learn the sequences step by step հենց where they will later be needed. Depending on the group and the terrain, we take time for the most important topics related to climbing on natural rock: from belaying and rethreading to the differences between the gym and the outdoors. And of course, there will be plenty of climbing too – after all, what you learn should not only stay in your head, but also become second nature in your hands and feet. In this way, routine grows throughout the day, and that is exactly what makes the first steps onto rock much more relaxed.
Total time: 1 day

Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.
