PROGRAM

Day 1: Arrival
We will travel individually to Kos (a Greek island directly south of Kalymnos). From May to October, charter flights are quite affordable. For the rest of the season, Olympic Airlines offers scheduled flights with a stopover in Athens. We will meet at Kos Airport. We will coordinate flight times together. I am happy to help you find and book flights. From the airport, we will travel together to Mastichari and take the ferry (approx. €20) to Kalymnos. From there, we will continue directly from the port to our accommodation. We will use the first evening on the island over dinner to get to know the participants' wishes and to put together a great program for the coming days.

Days 2-7: Climbing, Relaxing, Island Exploration, Vacation
In the coming days, based on the program we put together on the first evening, we will visit various climbing areas and work on our climbing technique. As a qualified sport climbing instructor, I will be able to offer many valuable tricks and tips to help you make noticeable progress. In addition to the daily climbing sessions, as soon as we're exhausted and can't get any further on the rock, we will devote ourselves to the beauty of this wonderful island. Excursions, strolls through the city, or simply relaxing in one of the beautiful bays - the possibilities are endless. We will end the evenings with a shared dinner (whether home-cooked or cozy in a restaurant).

Day 8: Departure
On the last day of our stay on Kalymnos, unfortunately, it's already time to head back home. Probably without skin on our fingers, but with more finger strength, improved climbing technique, and increased muscle strength, we will begin our journey home tired, but overjoyed and highly motivated to immediately test our new climbing level on our own projects at home. A fantastic week of climbing that perfectly combined climbing with a vacation on a dream island in the Mediterranean comes to an end. What remains are priceless memories.

Sounds good, but not perfect?

No problem: This is just an idea of how the program for trip could look like. The duration can be extended or shortened as desired. I would be happy to put together a customized itinerary for you or a group, tailored entirely to your ideas and wishes.

Simply send us a non-binding inquiry using the form above.

Any changes to the travel program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.
