Oman - Climbing Trip: Fortunately, Oman hasn't yet been discovered by the masses as a travel destination. However, that will only be a matter of time. A country that has so much to offer, from an impressive culture to breathtaking landscapes, has everything it takes to be a perfect holiday destination. What's even better, however, is the fact that Oman boasts some of the most amazing climbing opportunities. In recent years, countless climbing areas have been developed, and climbing gardens with the best safety equipment have been established in the most beautiful locations. And the potential is far from exhausted. A country that is still in its infancy compared to its potential. Here, we are greeted by a desert sultanate that can hardly be put into words.

PROGRAM

Day 1: Arrival
We will meet directly at the airport in Muscat. Here, we will rent a 4x4 and do some shopping in the city to prepare for the coming days. We will spend the first night in Muscat and then head straight to the Hajar Mountains, where we will camp for the next few days – in the most beautiful spots right next to the climbing areas. Our first stop will be Hajj.

Days 2-9: Climbing, vacation, and exploring this wonderful country
Over the next few days, we will stop at various locations across Oman. Wonderful sport climbing areas with the best rock quality, stunning wadis with crystal-clear water, and even a desert safari are on the agenda. Finally, we will also make a detour to the sea. There are not only perfect deep water solo spots but also absolutely stunning beaches along the Omani coast. Of course, a visit to the Arab markets in Muscat is a must. All in all, these days in Oman will fly by. We'll experience many impressions and experiences from the diverse facets this country has to offer, along with the incredible hospitality of the Omanis.

Day 10: Departure
After 10 days, we will have fallen in love with this country, its people, and the rock. We will take home countless priceless memories from Oman. I only know that on my first trip to Oman, everything I experienced and saw there far exceeded my expectations.
