ABOUT THE TOUR
A special ski circuit around the 5 Torri and Lagazuoi
Difficulty moderate · 1 day · Ampezzo Dolomites
Super 8 – ski safari: a truly special ski circuit on the distinctive pistes around the 5 Torri and at Lagazuoi. Unhurried, with the charm of almost historic lift installations, right into the heart of the bizarre rock formations of the Dolomites and onto pistes that wind through unique landscapes – far from every norm and guaranteed to be unlike anything you have skied before.
Around the Cinque Torri, trenches from the First World War can still be seen to this day – so along the way you ski through a piece of Dolomite history. During the First World War, the area was a strategic base of the Italian army; the restored positions and trenches are now preserved as an open-air museum.

PROGRAM
Day 1: Super 8 ski circuit
Whether from Cortina or Gadertal, there are several ways to reach this special ski circuit. We arrange the meeting point individually when you book and adapt as far as possible to where you are staying. By lift and pistes, and possibly a short stretch by taxi or ski bus, we head up to Falzarego Pass, where we will enjoy this circuit past the Cinque Torri, Averau, and Lagazuoi on unique pistes and a wide variety of lift systems.
The circuit is not long, but incredibly varied. At lunchtime, local delicacies of a high standard await us in one of the rustic mountain huts with magnificent panoramic views. Together with the pistes and lifts we use on the way to the Super 8, this makes for a really fine day on skis in the Dolomites.
Total time: 3 h | ↓ 3,100 m descent | Difficulty: moderate
Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.
