Due to the long approach, I recommend spending the night at the Gartlhütte or the slightly lower Vajolethütte. When booking, we will arrange a meeting point or climb to the hut together the day before the planned tour.

After the approach (10 minutes from the Gartlhütte, 1 hour from the Vajolethütte), we will begin this breathtaking tour. Even the first few pitches are a climbing pleasure. Steep and with good holds, the climb leads right up to the edge.

Now the route becomes particularly spectacular and, at this difficulty level, is one of the most aerial routes you can find anywhere in the world. The following pitches lead directly along the edge, with impressive views that stretch all the way down to Bolzano.

Even the bold summit offers relatively little space on this slender needle, and the summit break will be an unforgettable experience. Afterwards, we return directly to the starting point via the well-equipped abseil route.

This tour is always a very special experience, too, as it was the very first alpine tour of Andi, which he experienced at the age of thirteen. This experience ignited his passion for alpine climbing. We are sure this route will be an unforgettable and unique experience for you too!
