ABOUT THE TOUR
Partschins - Ziel Via Ferrata (C): This beautiful via ferrata in the Zieltal valley in the Texel Group has quickly become a popular classic for via ferrata climbers seeking an easy to moderately difficult route since its construction in 2020. The length of the via ferrata is also ideal for families with children (8 years and older), and thanks to the cable car and the access via the Merano High Trail, the walking time to the start is also limited. Highlights such as a flying fox over the roaring Zielbach gorge provide variety and an entertaining experience high above Partschins in a beautiful and idyllic landscape.

PROGRAM
The cable car takes us comfortably up to about 1,500 meters. Following the Merano High Altitude Trail, we traverse the southern slopes of the Vinschgau Valley, initially climbing a few meters and then descending the same altitude to the idyllic Zieltal Valley. This via ferrata, beautifully integrated into the landscape, is located directly on the rock faces by the Zielbach stream. The route, of moderate difficulty, offers a varied ascent, first along one side of the stream and then, after crossing it on the Flying Fox, across the stream. At the exit, we follow the hiking trail back to the Nasereit Hut and then, via the already familiar section of the Meran High Altitude Trail, back to the Texelbahn cable car.
Any changes to the program that may be necessary for various reasons (weather, conditions, accommodation booking situation, etc.) will always be made in consultation with the participants.
