- All organization, planning, and bookings and reservations are handled in advance by the mountain guide.
- Professional on-site guidance by a state-certified mountain guide.
- Fees for the mountain guide, local guides, and skipper.
- Accommodations in Longyearbyen (and a possible stopover in Oslo depending on flight availability to Svalbard).
*The final price depends on availability, individual client requests, and current market prices for accommodation.
- Sailing vessel.
- Meals during the time on the sailing vessel.
- Expenses (travel and accommodation) for the mountain guide.
- Emergency equipment (satellite phone, polar bear protection rifle (blank and large-caliber), emergency medical equipment) on site.

- Flights to Oslo and Longyearbyen
- Food and beverages, as well as personal expenses in the city
- Touring skis, skins, and ski boots can be rented from a rental shop upon request
- Individual tips
* Other rental equipment is available upon request for €20 per piece of equipment for the entire trip.
